Refund policy

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for eligible items that are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Customers must contact NiteFade support before sending any item back. Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.

Refunds are reviewed after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping costs may not be refundable unless the issue was caused by an order error or damaged item.

Final sale, custom, worn, washed, damaged, or used items are not eligible for return.
